My Canoe Trips

Hopefully my dad will help flesh this out as time goes on and other people jog his memory about dates, rivers, etc. I'd really like to keep this part up so when I'm older I can show my log to my paddling friends.

Spring -- day paddling on Credit River, Duffins Creek
July -- Obabika Lake Loop (Temagami area)
August -- Palmer Rapids

2001

Spring -- day trips on Credit River, Holland R.
July -- Gaspe Peninsula
August -- Lake Temagami
September -- Paddler's Rendezvous

2000

Spring -- assorted day trips
August -- Bustard Islands (Georgian Bay)
This was a quiet summer because my mom was pregnant with my brother.

1999

March, April -- day paddling: Credit, Nottawasaga, Grand, others?
July/August -- paddling and camping on the Pipestone River (2 weeks draining to James Bay)

1998

March, April -- day paddling: Credit, Grand, Lake Ontario, others?
September -- paddling and camping in the Thousand Islands (no mainland for a week)

1997

April -- day paddling on Credit, Holland, and others?
June -- Dad gets mono: no overnight trips until September
September -- Car camping, day paddling on Lake Superior

1996

May 31-June 2 -- Black River (weekend)
September 4-7 -- Frontenac Provincial Park (5 days midweek)
